- 1 pack big raisins
- 1/4 kilo dried lemon
- 1/4 kilo nuts
- 1 lemon (juice and peel needed)
- 1/2 pack dates
- 2 cups butter
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 6 eggs
- 4 cups flour
- 4 tbsp. baking powder
- 2 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, allspices
- 1 small bottle grape juice (about 3/4cup)
Cream butter. Add eggs one at a time mixing continuously. Add sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Add the fruits and the spices.
Put into a mold and bake at 325 degrees F.
